At Coucou Suzette, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your colorful accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
